Rates and Insurance

Rates:

• Fees are determined by the type of treatment provided as well as complexity and length of time.

• Fees will be charged for the completion of school, legal or other reports based on the complexity and length of time involved.

• Fees are periodically subject to revision.

Average Cost (per session): $85 - $300

ACCEPTED Payment Methods:

• Cash, check, and major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover)

• Non-refundable deposit (1/2) is collected for new cash patients at the time of scheduling.

• Reduced fee/Sliding Fee services are available on a limited basis.

• Cigna

• Medicaid/Husky

Note that services may be covered in full or partially by your medical health insurance or employee benefit plan. If your health plan is not listed, you may want to check with your insurance company to see if you have an out-of-network benefit. You may also choose to self-pay option.

Please check your coverage prior to the first visit by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
